We offer confidential, in-depth counselling support for those who need further support and guidance
You don’t have to wait for an emergency situation to seek help. If domestic abuse is happening to you, it's important to tell someone and remember you're not alone. We’re here to offer a confidential listening ear.
Our new helpline will offer free, non-judgemental advice and support to anyone over the age of 18, living anywhere in the UK.
Our trained helpline practitioners will never tell you what to do. Our approach is always centred on you, so we will help you make the right decisions for you, and if necessary recommend other services for you to use.
We can also offer tailored Islamic guidance from a qualified Islamic Counsellor. As always, our support comes with the benefit of anonymity and non-judgement.
We will always do our best to make sure you are safe by using client codes and always asking if you are in a safe environment to speak. Our helpline number is free of cost, and won’t ever show up on a phone-bill.
